I have been a regular customer for a while now at this location. I enjoy establishing a relationship with a business when I can trust them! Noah at this location is my "Go-To Guy" there and I can count on him to always do a terrific job on my car! I would highly recommend them for reliable cost effective work on your car! The service writer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had sent an email on the previous day, they had received it and took care of the issue with my electrical system. It was on my back window driver side. They took care of the problem and I got my car back that day. There are all very friendly courteous and provided you with quality service. I had a nail in tire and went to Mavis where they stripped a lug nut and couldn’t remove tire. I then went to Discount Tires where they were unable to repair. I called Mike More Miles in Downers Grove but they did not have an appointment until next week. I finally called Mikes More Miles where Fernando told me to bring it in. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Fernando explained what needed to be done. I was amazed and relieved that in a short time, they had removed the lug nut. They repaired tire and recommended replacement of the five lug nuts. What a wonderful experience. Thank you

Had shocks and springs installed on my truck front and rear. And a wheel alignment. They gave an estimate very quickly and everything went smoothly. They informed me couple of other parts was very worn out so had those parts put on. They also informed me a couple other issues in time will need to be fixed. Very happy I have them do my work. Had 3 estimates they was in the middle one. Went back for service again just oil change they are very honest I feel and not pushy at all. They did a free brake on my other vehicle to confirm that I didn’t need brakes yet. They was very helpful for sure Back again for brakes and a belt. I understand you guys need to go from car to car at times. But this time I would have walk home and got some things done at home for myself. Instead of waiting for close to 4 hours. That’s just a little too long to hang out I feel.

Was quoted a ridiculously high price from PitShop down the road for 2 rear calipers and hoses…over $1000 for JUST THE REARS. Those guys refused to break down the parts and labor for me in an itemized quote, claiming their system couldn’t do that, which I knew was BS. Called Mikes and had a great conversation with Jason and Jeremy over the phone. They explained every aspect of the pricing, how long the job should take, justified the labor and broke everything down for me. They got the entire job done for $614 out the door, in one day (the day after I called by the way) and informed me of every detail. Honest work and a trustworthy vibe from both of them. Thank you guys! As a woman a lot of guys will try to rip me off bc they think I’m a dummy. But these guys were good vibes.
